About Rachel

Rachel is a certified Movement Coach with over 10 years of experience in health and wellness. Her background combines education in Kinesiology and Psychology with extensive hands-on work in movement and flexibility training.

Rachel’s passion for movement began early through cheerleading, gymnastics, jiu-jitsu, and kickboxing, which sparked a lifelong dedication to movement, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Her professional experience includes working as a Physical Therapy Aide in outpatient orthopedics and at a nonprofit supporting adults with severe disabilities. Later she worked and led a team in specialized stretch centers, focusing on assisted stretching. Earlier in her career, she worked as a personal trainer and kickboxing instructor, helping clients improve strength, mobility, and overall performance.

Rachel has also volunteered with the NAMI Helpline, providing support to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges, and as a Compassionate Listener at MemorialCare Hospital, offering comfort and companionship to patients.

With a strong foundation in both physical and mental aspects of wellness, Rachel is dedicated to helping people move, feel, and live better through flexibility and movement programs.
