What Is Movement Coaching?

Movement coaching is a personalized blend of hands-on movement techniques—traction, oscillations, and stretching—followed by mobility training designed to improve how your body moves, feels, and performs.

Why The Combo Matters

Traditional flexibility work focuses on passive range of motion—how far a joint can move when relaxed. While important, it’s only part of the picture. Mobility training develops control and stability within that range.

By combining these elements, you’ll not only move better during sessions but also carry those improvements into daily life and workouts.

What to Expect

Sessions are fully clothed and interactive — this is not a massage. While you’ll spend much of the session relaxing as we focus on passive flexibility and hands-on stretch work, you’ll also take an active role during certain techniques. These include PNF (contract–relax) stretches and mobility-based movements, where you’ll engage your muscles and move through guided ranges of motion.
