Services: Motus Method offers personalized, non-medical assisted stretching designed to enhance mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. Our certified coaches guide each session with intention and care. These services are not a substitute for medical treatment.

Before Your Session: Please share any relevant health information, ensure a safe environment for in-home visits, and communicate openly throughout your session.

Participation: By booking, you acknowledge that sessions are voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. You agree to listen to your body, communicate any discomfort, and confirm that you’re able to safely participate. You consent to professional, guided touch and agree to release Motus Method from liability related to your session.

Payment: Payment is due immediately following your session via Venmo, Zelle, or cash.

Cancellation: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $40 late fee.

Respect & Conduct: Sessions are hands-on and require close physical interaction. We maintain a respectful, professional environment at all times. Motus Method reserves the right to end a session without refund if inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct occurs.

Timing: If you arrive late, your Coach will do their best to accommodate your full session, though it may end at the scheduled time. If your Coach is late, you’ll receive your full session or a prorated adjustment.

Session Discretion: Your safety is our priority. A Movement Coach may end a session early if they feel it’s not appropriate to continue or that medical clearance is needed (see “When it May Not be the Right Fit” section on the FAQ page). Depending on the situation, the session may be prorated or waived.
