Meet Rachel

Rachel is a certified Movement Coach with over a decade of experience in health and wellness. Her background blends studies in kinesiology and psychology with extensive hands-on work in movement, flexibility, and performance training.

Her passion for movement began early through cheerleading, gymnastics, jiu-jitsu, and kickboxing—shaping a lifelong dedication to mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

Rachel’s experience spans outpatient orthopedics as a Physical Therapy Aide, leadership roles in specialized stretch centers, and work as a personal trainer and kickboxing instructor. She has supported clients across all levels in improving how they move and feel.

She has also volunteered in both healthcare and mental health settings, offering support to individuals and families through organizations like NAMI and MemorialCare Hospital.

Grounded in both the physical and mental aspects of wellness, Rachel’s approach is thoughtful, personalized, and rooted in helping people move, feel, and live better.
